shropshire 0 #1 April 30, 2005 Just thought that I'd share... For my birthday, my wife bought me a Red Letter Day (gift voucher) for a 4x4 training course, which I redemed today. 3 of us shared a Landrover Defender 110 (about 90 minutes driving each) in North Wales (Bala). We had a great time and learnt loads about what these cars can do... (.)Y(.) DrunkMonkey 0 #2 April 30, 2005 Dude, your mechanic really screwed your car up--the steering wheel is on the wrong side!!

tommy 0 #4 May 1, 2005 Lucky b@stard! :) Glad you had a good time. Defenders are kickass trucks. Unfortunately, there are so few in the US. A used '97 D90 or D110 with 80k+ miles can set you back $35k+ here. It's obscene! In 2007 (I think), LRNA is supposed to have some new Defenders available in the US. I've got a 2001 Discovery II and an 88 Range Rover for now.... But I dream of one day owning a Defender. ha!! -Tommy
