BillyVance 34 #3 April 18, 2005 So what happened? At least it'll be covered by the warranty, right? I had my 2000 truck's transmission go out on me on the highway one day in 2001 when it only had 20,000 miles on it. The very day I was supposed to fly to Texas for a big way event! I was gonna work a half-day at my job then take off to the airport, and I had all my gear in the truck. Got a tow truck to take it directly to the dealership. By then I only had enough time to catch a ride to the airport to make my flight. Fuck work... got a free ride from one of the dealer's courtesy drivers. And after getting back home, a free rental car until I got my truck fixed, for free. Hope this helps. Seriously though, hope its nothing serious. Sux, cuz you just outed all that $$ for your new stuff.

eeneR 3 #25 April 18, 2005 Just a curiousity question...but is your car in Park? If you turn it off in gear and try and start it....nothing will happen. I have seen that happen. This is assuming you have a automatic trans. If it is trying to turn over then this isnt the case, in gear it will do nothing at all.She is not a "Dumb Blonde" - She is a "Light-Haired Detour Off The Information Superhighway." eeneR TF#72, FB#4130, Incauto
