Is the human body designed to eat meat?

Or milk, or cheese, or eggs. There are a lot of non-meat sources of B12.

Ooops! Yup, you're right, should have phrased that differently.;)

I guess the point I was trying to make is that strict vegetarians need some source of B-12 supplementation.
Also that pre-civilization human beings would have had to have had meat in their diet to remain healthy (since milk and cheese wouldn't really be readily available).
I guess you could have gotten milk way back then, but your friends would have probably made fun of you!:P
