tweak 0 #27 April 15, 2005 Ooops! Yup, you're right, should have phrased that differently. I guess the point I was trying to make is that strict vegetarians need some source of B-12 supplementation. Also that pre-civilization human beings would have had to have had meat in their diet to remain healthy (since milk and cheese wouldn't really be readily available).
