Maybe, but the fuselage looks much too skinny to be a 14 or a 15...the fuselage would be of similar width to all the C-130s in the pic.

The 57F is actually a long wing version Canberra... used for weather recon. i think NASA still has a few operational ones.

if you look at this pic, here you can see the F-4's off to the right , and the larger planes right behind. Matching that to the satellite photo, they look to jive with each other
