GiaKrembs 0 #1 April 6, 2005 We all have different layers to our personality... or wear different hat's (so to speak) in different social settings. For example: For the most part what you see here, or at the DZ is my "Happy go lucky" side. Rarely do you see my deep emotional, sensitive side. so.... what layer are you???? g Raddest ho this side of Jersey #1 - rest in peace brother Beth lost her cherry and I missed it .... you want access to it, but you don't want to break it. kelel01 1 #2 April 6, 2005 Right now? Or usually on DZ.com? I think on here, people see my best and worst sides, whereas in real life, they see my best and "something in-between" sides. I'm a very silly person, and it's easier to be silly when the topics are as such (like on here). I'm also very argumentative, and it's easier to be so when the topics fall in with that. (That's why I hate SC, but can't stay out of it). Also, I guess there is something to be said for the "anonymity" of the internet. Even at work, if I have to deliver some sort of bad news, I'd rather do it via e-mail than over the phone. I also have a mean temper, but not many people bring it out in me, at least in real life. A few people on here have managed to with their posts. And you know what they say about arguing on the internet . . .

kelel01 1 #5 April 6, 2005 Oh yeah . . . deep, emotional, and sensitive aren't really my strong points. They're there, but they're buried.
livendive 8 #6 April 6, 2005 I'm usually "boisterous Dave" around skydivers, but occasionally "introspective Dave". Of course that's just what I think; my friends would probably say I'm usually "asshole Dave". Blues, Dave"I AM A PROFESSIONAL EXTREME ATHLETE!" VanillaSkyGirl 6 #17 April 6, 2005 Quoteso.... what layer are you???? I don't know what layer I am online or in real life, but you, my dear, know me better than most people because you are one of my closest friends. I know you pretty well, also, and you are (to me) one of the sweetest, most loving, nurturing people that I have ever met. The fact that you have a "temper" on the side, that I have yet to fully see, only makes me like you more. It makes you more human to me. Some people on DZ.com are much different online than in person. The good part is that they are usually much nicer, more giving and more down-to-earth offline than on, and some are even that way more in PMs vs. posts.
