retreved 0 #1 March 28, 2005 Brains, Josh, Brian, Hobbs, Jason, Alicia, Robert, Shannon, Bryan, Phil, Deb, Kim, Kevin, Kevlar, Mike, Erin, Floormonkey, et al: This message is for all of my friends who knew my best friend Maxx. Every thing was fine on Friday night but through the weekend Maxx became progressively more sick. It hurts far too much to go into details here but I had to put my best friend of 13 years to his last sleep today at noon. I will be holding wake at 1-2-1 bar in the near future but till then please remember the best dog ever. I love you and miss you Maxx; and I am sorry. Brains 2 #2 March 28, 2005 Oh man, sorry Mark. But look at it this way, now he is running around and playing pain free. Never look down on someone, unless they are going down on you.

Para-viper 0 #11 March 29, 2005 Mark, I think Anatole France said it best: "Until one has loved an animal, a part of one's soul remains unawakened." I only had the pleasure of meeting Maxx twice, but he made a big friendly impression; he will be missed. You did the hardest, but the most loving thing possible. I hope the Sneak is standing by with some comfort; the rest of us certainly are. blue skies, Maxx. W------------------------------ Of course it hurts. The trick is not *minding* that it hurts. - T.E. Lindercles 0 #15 March 30, 2005 Mark, I know how much you love Maxx, and I know how hard this is for you. I had to do the same for my best friend a couple of years ago. I had known her since she was a puppy and I was 10. It's never easy, but he's in a better place now. See you at 121.
