Amanduh 0 #5 March 28, 2005 I just don't understand people. He had just gotten home from church with his wife and kids and a guy with a mask approached him as they were all walking up to his apartment, hit him, he fell down..the guy stood over him and fired multiple shots at him and then fled on foot. How can people do such a thing? I'd known AJ for about 6 years now...

Now I'm not trying to be a cold hearted asshole, but what was this guy involved in that made somebody want to off him a such a spectacular manner? A killing done in this manner is meant to send a message, to make a point/example or as personal revenge/vendetta. Killings such as this are very rare as a random or unmotivated murder. I must question whether he was involved in any illegal or immoral relationships which could've resulted in such a murder, or possibly a prior altercation for which revenge may be a factor? Was he involved in any law enforcement activity? ChileRelleno-Rodriguez Bro#414 Hellfish#511,MuffBro#3532,AnvilBro#9, D24868

tigra 0 #21 March 28, 2005 You know, sometimes you really should keep thoughts and questions like that to yourself. She's in shock and grieving- this isn't the time for a stranger to question her on her dead friend's lifestyle.

Was he involved in any law enforcement activity? Honestly, when I heard about this..I knew what the reason behind it probably was. AJ ran a wheel/tire business. He dealt w/ a lot of people, and a lot of times he screwed them over. I have feeling he just screwed over the wrong person. Even though he wasn't the best business man, he was still an awesome husband, father, and friend.

It's okay...It's just hard dealing with people from the truck scene screaming out "he got what he deserved". I don't mind honest straight forward questions...He was my friend. That's what matters. He never did wrong by me.

The reason why he was killed, if there is actually a reason, doesnt matter.
