courage 0 #1 March 21, 2005 Contact with the contestants at the 1st 2005 Speed Skydiving World Cup event, in Morocco, March 18-20, was non-existing, but word is that Marco Wiederkehr (Liechtenstein) won, Stan Snigir polished Nic Mosesov's US record twice, and Arnold Hohenegger (Austria) finished in third place. All results will be made public as soon as people arrive home. www.speedskydiving.com

cvfd1399 0 #4 March 21, 2005 Ahh I see. I am interested in trying this out. The other day tried my 3rd attempt at head down, and I got a reading of 191 on my neptune and 254 on my vigil. I know I need to mount 2 protracks on MLW'sto get a better reading. I think I can have the ability to haul ass with a better set up and practice BTW I am 6'4 and 303 with gear
Amazon 7 #5 March 21, 2005 Well the meets are all over Europe... and one in Juptown MA in July.. come take a shot.. just make sure your gear will handle it.. Full Face with a visor that does not blow off at higher speeds( I am using a FREE ZR now.... A Rig that will handle 250 MPH plus...The offiial Protracks go on the outside of the MLW but you still need a couple of Dytters or Protracks in your helmet..Redundancy is good

courage 0 #7 March 22, 2005 Has not received the database, or a complete result list from the meet, but Arnold Hohenegger emailed some: Stan Snigir will have the US record on a single jump with about 283 mph, and his US Meet Result Record (3-jump average) will be about 278 mph), if/when verified by the database. Amazon 7 #8 March 22, 2005 I will be practising in Eloy this weekend. I need to figure out how to set up the Jump Track to take the input properly from both of the protracks. Its just a matter of time.. sitting down at the computer.. I HATE sitting down at the computer on a weekend when I am jumping.... AND I got the go ahead from my DZO here for the speed diving once the weahter gets a bit better.... so I wont interfere with the others on the Otter.
