A higher sharia court in the city of Gusau, Zamfara State ordered 22-year-old Amina Haruna to return to her husband. The court dismissed her claim that Malam Hassan Mujahid's penis was too big for them to have sex without injuring her. The judge said doctors confirmed the couple could have sex. She claims she suffered injuries when they made love. The judge also said the court had no other choice than to send the woman back to her husband, the IOL website reports. The husband says he's still in love with his wife. He says the medical report vindicates his claim he has a normal-sized penis. Zamfara is the first Nigerian state to introduce sharia law.
