i'll be heading to dallas for a Women in Aviation conference march 9th-13th at the
Adams mark hotel
the conference gets done around 6pm each night so all us ladies have the nights to ourselves!
how bout the san marcos crew come up for the weekend and show me around for a night out in town?! it'd be great to see you guys again

I'll set it up... take you to engine overhaul shop for Rolls Royce RB-211 and Trent 800 and to hanger where the 777 and 767 come in for thier checks right now we just got a 767 in dock for its heavy check 4 weeks.

But maybe if the weather turns nasty we'll all get the bug to make an impromptu road trip and come show you Dealey Plaza. Why don't you just fly down Feb. 11 for the L.A.S.T. Birthday Bash? No pesky seminars to attend; just lots of booze and a stripper pole.

I lived in Dallas for 4 years while going to college. A great place to visit is Petes Dueling Piano Bar for a night out. Its in Addison.

Sorry, Justi, but it takes more than a couple of faces to make us miss a weekend of training. L.A.S.T. is going to have to stop living up to our name if we ever want to get sponsors (other than Skydive San Marcos who totally hooked us up at Nationals last year).

Why don't you plan a trip to actually come jump at Skydive San Marcos sometime? We're here year round. Surely somewhere in "year round" fits into your schedule. Check the Skydive San Marcos (www.skydivesanmarcos.com) and L.A.S.T. (www.lastskysurfing.com) web sites for upcoming events.

Wanna go flying in a Waco Taperwing http://www.courtesyaircraft.com/n98TW.htm , Bonanza or a Piper Cub? I have access to all 3 at Kitty Hawk airport 30 minutes North of Dallas on 75...You can jump out of the Taperwing...The front cockpit holds 2 people.

I work about a block away from the Adams Mark and jump at Skydive Dallas. There are plenty of great places nearby to grab a drink, I would be happy to escort you around - you should come out to SDD that weekend for sure. :)
