pinkfairy 0 #4 April 16, 2009 Anyone know how fast you have to go to hear the alarms? The manual doesn't say. I kept hearing them when I was testing out my new, smaller canopy. I guess this is a hint that I shouldn't turn low. Nice product, really simple to use, and I don't have to pull out the manual all the time. beowulf 1 #5 April 16, 2009 I don't think the alarms are based on speed. They just go off at the set altitudes.
pinkfairy 0 #6 April 17, 2009 No, they don't go off under canopy unless you turn hard. Most of the time I don't hear them. Do you hear your final siren all the time?Relax, you can die if you mess up, but it will probably not be by bullet. I'm a BIG, TOUGH BIGWAY FORMATION SKYDIVER! What are you? beowulf 1 #7 April 17, 2009 I am sorry. I don't know what I was thinking. It's been a long week. Yea I guess they are dependent on freefall speed. I don't know what that speed is.
