jumpinfarmer 0 #1 February 18, 2005 Tuesday I bought two used trucks from a lumber company. They're flat beds with dumps. They said I could have them next week when there new ones come in. I was very excited since they are far better than anything I've ever owned and the price was right.Fast forward to today. I came in to eat lunch and turned on the TV to watch the noon news. The top story was man crushed between truck frame and body while delivering lumber. I turned and there on the TV was the truck I had just bought Now what should I do? It wouldn't be the first thing I've owned that someone has been killed with but, it's still sort of creepy.

MWGemini 0 #3 February 18, 2005 Either get a REAALY good discount or trade up for the new ones at the same price . Seriously though, people die, that's life. If the vehicle isn't damaged, what's the problem? Mike

wmw999 2,447 #10 February 18, 2005 The first jumpsuit I owned was third hand. The first owner had nearly bounced in it (low night opening, broke both legs), and the second owner had rushed to buy his jumpsuit from him because what were the chances of a jumpsuit bouncing twice It must have worked; he's still around. I hope you're not speaking from experience..... Thankfully, I'm not, but a friend bought an almost new car at such a great price. It started to smell bad a couple days later. Did everything possible to rid the smell. Finally confronted the seller, who admitted his dad had a heart attack alone in the car and wasn't found for 4 days.
