Tough men don't run like that So true - if i was to try and "girly" run (no offence to any girls out there!) that is how i would do it. Its the flailing arms that make it so funny!! But his Aikido is VERY solid - although he practises a non competitive form.Never try to eat more than you can lift

Rip your elbow backwards? No problem... CRACK!! AAAAAIIIIIYYYYEEEEEE!!!!! But he doesn't kill via martial arts though, only via the gun. Now if you want the best there ever was, the unbeatable.... look no further than Bruce Lee. He had the heart, the skills, the speed, the charisma, even the ego at times when situations called for it. He's "killed" many characters in his movies in do or die fights... Jet Li is a great martial arts master, but the personality needs work. Some movie roles will work for him though. Maybe there's still hope for him yet... Jackie Chan is just fun to watch. Then again, that's what he wants... He wants us to have fun watching his movies and fast-paced choreographed action. But yeah, he can hold his own pretty much against almost anybody. What I do enjoy watching are the bloopers at the end of his movies where things went wrong because somebody mis-timed a move or something, and he got hurt... that's one tough dude! Chuck Norris, probably the best true American martial artist actor. Don't think he could beat many of the others I mentioned already, but he'll wipe the floor with any stupid ass who thinks he's a bad motherfucker. I think his role on Texas Rangers is as good as any he's ever done. He did "get killed" by Bruce Lee in his debut acting role, I believe, in Bruce Lee's "Enter The Dragon" movie. As far as Seagal vs Superman, strictly by the character, Superman wins everytime.
