lawrocket 3 #1 February 4, 2005 I know, plenty of y'all think that Super Bowl viewing interferes with skydiving. Screw y'all. I think there are plenty of us who enjoy the Super Bowl, anyway. There have been some real snoozer Super Bowls. Especially when my Raiders are involved. . But I'm wondering which Super Bowl people here think was the best. My choice goes to last year's Super Bowl 38. A tale of four games. No scoring first quarter and most of the second quarter. 24 points scored in the last 3:05 of the half. No scoring third quarter. 37 points in the fourth quarter. Fox's decision to chase 2-pointers that came back to haunt him. Vinatieri's game winner. It's too bad the greatness of that game was overshadowed by a stupid halftime show. Anyone else have an opinion? My wife is hotter than your wife. Slappie 9 #4 February 4, 2005 QuoteThere has never been a great Super Bowl, because I am origanally from Buffalo! HA you think that's bad. Try living in Houston and supporting the Oilers..... Buffalo had the greatest comback in all of football history against the Oilers to go to the Super Bowl and LOSE! livendive 8 #8 February 4, 2005 Without putting a lot of thought into it, I'll say I really like the 2000 game (XXXIV), Rams versus Titans. After all the blowouts in the 90's, seeing a Titan stt..rr..ee..tt..ching for the end zone and coming up 1 yard short with no time left on the clock was pretty cool. :-) Blues, Dave"I AM A PROFESSIONAL EXTREME ATHLETE!" linny 1 #11 February 4, 2005 Super Bowl's great! It cuts down on traffic on the roads, traffic on the mountains, traffic in the air. Just as long as I don't have to watch it or hear about it, I love the Super Bowl!

Sebazz1 2 #20 February 4, 2005 Niners vs. Bengals... Two classic Superbowls. XVI '82 & XXIII '89 Niners one both in last minute drives lead by the greatest football player of all time #16 Joe Montana. If I where gay I'd do him...
mfrese 0 #21 February 4, 2005 Niners vs. Bengals, SB XXIII in '89 is my personal favorite. I still get chills every time I see that football land in JTs hands for the game-winner. One of the classic drives in the history of pro football. Raiders/Redskins would probably be #2, mainly for Marcus' incredible run. Not sure if it's the best one, but it's the one that came the closest to the wire at the very end with the game undecided after time had run out, that I can remember.
