ACMESkydiver 0 #1 February 1, 2005 My daughter lost another tooth last night, and dutifully put it under her pillow. What made me giggle was the hand-written note on a scrap of paper she wrapped it in: Dear Tooth Fairy, I hope I'm not my head isn't interfering with your work. I'll always Beleven you. Jaleesa She explained her note to me this morning, saying that she was concerned that the Tooth Fairy would have to hold her head up while she slept to grab her tooth and replace it with money. ~Jaye Do not believe that possibly you can escape the reward of your action. wmw999 2,544 #3 February 1, 2005 When I was about 6 I conducted a scientific experiment. I had the dentist give me 2-3 teeth that he had collected, and I put them under my pillow. My mother had told me, when I mentioned my plan, that the tooth fairy only gave money for one's own teeth, and only if they had been brushed. Sure enough, nothing under the pillow that night. That tooth fairy was pretty smart! Wendy W.There is nothing more dangerous than breaking a basic safety rule and getting away with it. It removes fear of the consequences and builds false confidence. sunshine 2 #4 February 1, 2005 I left a piece of paper requesting the tooth fairy's autograph. Sure enough my dad signed the paper as the tooth fairy. ___________________________________________ meow I get a Mike hug! I get a Mike hug!
sum1mom 0 #5 February 1, 2005 Enjoy these wonderful magical years!!! I miss them so! I used to leave fairy footprints (flour) in my kids rooms. It was so cute to see the little sparkles in their eyes.

She has the most kind heart of any child I have met, and I give credit to her twin brothers for that. They have taught her compassion for others. ~Jaye Do not believe that possibly you can escape the reward of your action.

sum1mom 0 #12 February 1, 2005 It's not too late!! Just tell her that the tooth fairy got in a big hurry and accidentally left some magical dust behind P.S. Santa used to leave glitter in their rooms when he peeked in on them (more magic).
Breezejunky 0 #13 February 1, 2005 I remember losing a tooth in a friend's back yard. I was all upset because I couldn't find it in the deep grass and wouldn't have anything to put under the pillow for the Tooth Fairy. Well my friend's mom came out to help us look and all of a sudden she exclaimed "Oh my goodness!! The Tooth Fairy has already been here!" So I ran over to collect my loot and couldn't hide my disappointment. The Tooth Fairy only left me a dime. She always left way more money at my house! kelel01 1 #19 February 4, 2005 Hey, when I get old and my teeth start falling out, you think I'll be able to convince my husband/nurse/pet penguin to slip $50 under my pillow? Why do children get treated better than adults?
