ACMESkydiver 0 #1 February 2, 2005 K, send up your specific request (prayer, or if you're not a religious person, then petition whatever it is you put your faith in...karma, higher self, yadda yadda yadda) for your personal success. Here are the 'rules': You have to address your request in the past tense, i.e. "I have all of my debts paid off.' (Creative visualization works best if you envision the thing you want already being accomplished) You have to be as specific as you can, but keeping in mind that this is a public forum. No making fun of other peoples' dreams and goals. I bet we'll be surprised how well this turns out!! Here's what I need to make happen: 1.) The state has extended my benefits through the end of the year to assist me in getting through school. 2.) Our truck has been paid off from money we have set aside. 3.) We have no credit card debt. 4.) We've expanded our business base throughout our region and throughout the country and take regular 'business trips' to expand further. 5.) I have a surplus of money at the end of the month and have to consider investing to avoid tax challenges. Your turn. Anything your lil' heart desires, but if you are serious about it...make your requests exactly the way you want them to happen. Edited: 'cuz nobody wanted to play along. FINE!! I will keep all of the happiness to myself! ~Jaye Do not believe that possibly you can escape the reward of your action.

Yoshi 0 #3 February 2, 2005 I have all of my credit card debts paid off... All my mine and my wifes student loans are paid off. I have money to put as a down payment on a new home. There was a surge of interest in skydiving which has brought many new students to my dropzone in turn raising my paycheck. My wife received a promotion and is happier than ever with her position. I guess it never hurts to try right-y_________________________________________ this space for rent.

ACMESkydiver 0 #8 February 3, 2005 Quote Blonde moment alert. I don't get it. You have to state your goals as reality and your subconcious mind will think that it is 'meant to be' and work on attracting those things into your life. It's some heavy duty mind shit. ~Jaye Do not believe that possibly you can escape the reward of your action.
happythoughts 0 #9 February 3, 2005 Oh. If I'd know that thinking was involved, I wouldn't have gotten involved. Unless it is thinking about what I'm generally thinking about.

Andrewwhyte 1 #11 February 3, 2005 I met this guy downtown today, and he gave me a Caravan! I don't know where it came from, but the fuel truck is full. The manufacturer called and said we don't have to pay for the new student rigs.

wmw999 2,545 #14 February 3, 2005 I'm just looking at the thread title -- so that's how the financial problems end, eh? That said: 1. I have enough set aside to pay for a roof and/or a big car down payment. I didnt' need both at once. 2. I have paid my credit card off every month.
