I miss snow, along with mountains, ravines, and waterfalls. Living here in Florida, I think I saw a few flakes falling in the middle of one cold night during the whole twelve years I've been here

Heck we got plenty of that right here.. and usually its just a short drive to get the Stevens Pass with LOTS of snow.. but this year.. its all melted off with the 60 degree weather the last week.

BUT we still have the mountains and ravines... and EGAD WATERFALLS everywhere ( its the Cascades ya know)

My brother just bought a new Adrenlin 800....and has lots of snow to play....140hp (yikes)

He works for a Skidoo shop...changed all the plastic before even taking it out...keeps the resale high

My borther-in-law's shop(he owns) is twice the seze of the average ford dealership and specializes in DRAG SLEDS.(Old Forge NY)
Drag hase been around longer than snow-cross, although Snow-cross is more fun and fun to watch as well.

Cool bobsled
I dont make it home very often...but was there this Oct ...went to see where he(my bro) worked...couldnt believe my eyes...over 400 new sleds in crates all stacked up behind the building...with more in the warehouse next door .....talked to one of the owners for a min...said they were expecting another 200 or so and that they would sell them all...not to shabby for region with such a small population(guess ppl come from as far as Ont and the NE US to buy and spend some time sledding in Nfld)....They have new condo's going up like crazy....some deal where there flying ppl in from europe..one flight in and out a week.

We however have about two feet and suposed to get more tonight here south of Lake Ontario.

Holy Smack-a-roni! That is some serious snow. When I left NJ, it was a few months after the last true Blizzard. It was CRAZY!
