Will_I_Am 0 #1 January 23, 2005 Imperfect and myself have decided to take our anniversary trip to San francisco in February. (plus I need to use the voucher by March) Anyway, I need some help from those of you who live in the Bay Area. What are some of the nice hotels. I have been told to be careful about what part of town we stay in while there. So how about some help please? Thanks. For $20 I'll call the guy a CHICKENFUCKER! freeflir29 0 #2 January 23, 2005 I only know the ones near the Airport. OK...so I have only stayed at the Embassy Suites in Burlingame and South San Francisco. Both are nice but not overly. The one in South San Francisco is very close to the Cal-train stop and has a very nice steak house down the street. Byron DZ is about an hour north. OK...that's all I know. TypicalFish 0 #3 January 23, 2005 The Rex, The W, The Sir Francis Drake, The Mark Hopkins, The Ritz Carlton; any of the Joie De Vivre Group hotels are also funky and reasonably priced...
