My brother was killed a year ago in iraq and i still get freaked out on a regular basis but its gettin a little better, i try not to be sad because i believe that being sad is in a way selfish because im being sad for what i lost rather than happy for what he has gained. im not particulary religous but i do believe we go on and when i "Break on thru to the otherside" i know he'll be there waiting for me as will your mom for you and the lost time in between will seem very short indeed.
