DA50 0 #1 January 8, 2005 I really wish drop zones would include their hours of operation on their web site. You got that DZO's !
bobsled92 0 #2 January 8, 2005 AND the fact that the hours of operation change with seasons: "what hours now & what are they?" skycat 0 #3 January 8, 2005 Considering it takes all of 5 minutes to update a web page I don't think it's outside of reason to ask that DZ's keep thier websites up to date. Now how about keeping up to date what aircraft they actually fly. I just love driving up to a DZ that says they have airplane X, Y, or Z, and all they have is a cessna. Yes I'm a turbine whore and proud out of it, my 40 jumps out a cessna were enough for me.Fly it like you stole it!
bobsled92 0 #4 January 9, 2005 I live 15 mins from a DZ with 2 cessnas and I drive ANOTHER 1 1/4 hrs to a DZ with a King Air_______________________________ If I could be a Super Hero, I chose to be: "GRANT-A-CLAUS". and work 365 days a Year. http://www.hangout.no/speednews/
champu 1 #5 January 9, 2005 The jump plane is there. You're there. What you're really in need of, is a pilot friend who is willing to live dangerously.
ephrin 0 #6 January 9, 2005 I've found that most DZO's aren't too tech-savvy for the most part. So websites get left alone and become rather stale. I've yet to see a really professional looking DZ website with up to date info.

champu 1 #8 January 9, 2005 While I agree with you in most cases, the big names tend to have pretty decent websites (Elsinore, Perris, Arizona, Chicago, Crosskeys)

Please feel free to reply to my posts and pm's, but only if you're smart enough to understand what they really mean.
