Yes I want to, but I guess you will have to mock and ridicule me, cause if it's cold, I won't be there:P

Besides, sticks and stones may break my bones, put words will never hurt me:ph34r:

The bigger the better. Size does count! Count me in BIG TIME.

I've got some ideas for big way participation. If a couple of oldsters are willing, to give 30 minutes or so to mini-seminars, informal, small small one on one, or one on three size groups, off to the side, a day or two ahead of "blot-day". Little dirt dives with a large picture.

I know lots of low timers would love to participate, given the right environment, and would fly great, given the proper leadership.

My personal bugaboo is to get people to track when breakoff happens...>:( Mebbe a tracking dive or two for some of the low timers would be good as well.

I would be happy to help ANYONE who would like some tracking practice to come track with me.

The POPS jumps at Lost Prairie this year scared me. there is no reason for someone who breaks off at 5500 ft to not outtrack me when I am breaking off at 3500 from the base.

Jeanne,

This is why I love you. You are always thinking just a little ahead of me. Of course, if you're big way oriented, break-off is paramount.

My thought is that without time or resourses and money for a big way camp, that those who have been there, might be willing to share and teach and coach and encourage. If ten of us bring one each in under a wing with confidence, we just built a twenty-way. Safe, fun, and in your case, "RED and ready for speed diving".

Ok whats the min requirements for the jump? D License? Jump Numbers? I would love to be in the base... I can keep a fast fall rate :D

MAKE EVERY DAY COUNT

That's all well and good to want to bring newbies or low timers up. But doing a twenty plus way isn't the time to do that. I've been on some of these DZ jumps and they can get really scary. There needs to be a limit with experience and jump numbers.

I agree we need some sort of tryout or something just because I've been on some scary stuff lately (some of it my fault even) so we need to make sure everyone can track like the devil is after them and be safe. NO RECORD is worth getting hurt over.
