I just got home from seeing this movie. Although it is funny in spots, I felt like they were trying to go over the top. Sometimes i just cant stand when cinematographers go out of their way to set up a joke. Maybe I was biased since i can't stand Barbara Streisand and her "you can only photograph me this way" mandate.

It was funny in spots and in others I thought it felt like i was jabbing an icepic in my eye.

Go see it if you have 10 bucks and 2 hours of your life that you dont want back.

I thought it was Okay. I agree with you, they did go too far a couple of times to set up a joke, but overall it was well done.

My only Gripe with the Movie however, it that it Starred my Arch Nemesis, Barbara Streisend. I loath that woman. She's a good actor, I just wish she'd keep her mouth shut off the stage....

Haven't seen it but its strange that you both mention the director going over the top with some jokes. I just saw an interview with him and he said he went out of his way to make sure people thought it was funny and not just a stupid sequal. Maybe he tried too hard.

I actually enjoyed it and thought it was funny. But I saw it on a day I just needed to laugh. Regardless, I'm still buying it when it comes out on DVD.

I thought barbara was awesome in it. It did have it's funny moments, thats for sure. It kept me entertained for 2 hours.
