bseriesboosted 0 #1 December 22, 2004 I just wanted to share my sorrow. Today my puppie was ran over by a car then the sheriffs ofice saw it fit to put him out of his pain by shooting him..It is such a pitty for a great dog to be killed before it has had time to enjoy life and all it has to offer....:-( BTW here is a link to a picture of scrappy if anyone wants to have a look.....(only pic. i ever got to take...) http://www.pbuzz.com/showalbum.php?aid=1282&uuid=1053Pruitt Skydive The Farm
Jib 0 #2 December 22, 2004 Sorry for you loss. It really sucks to lose a pet. -------------------------------------------------- the depth of his depravity sickens me. -- Jerry Falwell, People v. Larry Flynt
bseriesboosted 0 #3 December 22, 2004 Yes it does. I had a black lab as a child that died of old age and at the time i told myself i would never get another pet and i save this little fella from being put to sleep and 4 months later after i am once again attached to an animal it has to be killed....Pruitt Skydive The Farm

kai2k1 0 #8 December 22, 2004 Dude, sorry about your puppy, I have 2 labs of my own and would be devastated if anything happened to either one of those. If it makes you feel any better read this. I found it on the forums some time ago so I dont know who to give credit to.... Just this side of heaven is a place called Rainbow Bridge. When an animal dies that has been especially close to someone here, that pet goes to Rainbow Bridge. There are meadows and hills for all of our special friends so they can run and play together. There is plenty of food, water and sunshine, and our friends are warm and comfortable. All the animals who had been ill and old are restored to health and vigor; those who were hurt or maimed are made whole and strong again, just as we remember them in our dreams of days and times gone by. The animals are happy and content, except for one small thing; they each miss someone very special to them, who had to be left behind. They all run and play together, but the day comes when one suddenly stops and looks into the distance. His bright eyes are intent; His eager body quivers. Suddenly he begins to run from the group, flying over the green grass, his legs carrying him faster and faster. You have been spotted, and when you and your special friend finally meet, you cling together in joyous reunion, never to be parted again. The happy kisses rain upon your face; your hands again caress the beloved head, and you look once more into the trusting eyes of your pet, so long gone from your life but never absent from your heart. Then you cross Rainbow Bridge together.... There's no truer sense of flying than sky diving," Scott Cowan
