ccowden 0 #1 December 18, 2004 Since Christmas falls on a Saturday this year, I wouls assume most DZs will be closed? So I was just curious if that particular Saturday would be one that hardly any or no jumps at all would be made in the country. Does the skydiving industry shut down on Christmas Saturday? ccowden 0 #5 December 18, 2004 Quotenot in ELOY!! Is the Holiday Boogie the exception, or do most DZs go about business as usual, even though Christmas falls on Saturday?

freeflir29 0 #7 December 18, 2004 QuoteIs the Holiday Boogie the exception I would have to say the VAST majority of DZ's are closed on Christmas. Only a few of the big ones in AZ, CA, and Florida are normally open.

Dumpster 0 #11 December 18, 2004 I, personally, won't be jumping. 1. It's Christmas and 2. Injury. If I weren't hurt, I would be jumping on New Years, at Midnite, weather permitting. Easy Does It
