For the most part, i cant really stand regular ground black pepper.....I really dont care for the taste of it....plus it makes me sneeze...

I love any other type pepper though...ground or cut up, or whatever...especially if its spicy!:)

well anything thats not sweet. am i the only one that puts it on ketchup for fries.

Well, I haven't put it on ketchup for fries, but neither do I salt my fries.

I DO love any excuse to use fresh ground pepper, though, yes.

It's kinda funny, because when I was a kid, pepper on the tongue was the punishment we got for using bad language. :D I used to hate it, and now I love it.

I remember one time when I was really young, like maybe 6 or so, my dad's nephew came down and stayed with us from Buffalo. We had steak for dinner, and to the amazement of all six of us, cousin Michael literally coated the entire top of his steak with pepper. I mean, it was like a layer of volcanic ash at Pompeii. We were all just gape-jawed. I'm wondering if time and memory have altered my recollection of just how much there was, but I really seem to recall it was just a thick layer of pepper and I could not imagine, at the time, how he could stand it at all! :D

I can relate much much better now, though.

I love a good salad of mixed greens with extra virgin olive oil, red wine vinegar, and LOTS of fresh ground black pepper.

Fresh ground pepper is great on many many many things.

I love pepper in my ketchup for my fries, it makes life taste good.

The only other thing I like putting on food as much as pepper is A1 sauce. God I love that stuff.

yup... huge pepper fan... of course i think that is from losing some of my taste sensation eating really really spicy foods in asia.... but still i pepper everything... particularly french fries... I had an ex-girlfriend who used to just pepper her ketchup "its quicker" but i barely touch the ketchup even when it comes on the side...

and of course there is always the Morphine reference....i think of Mark everytime i have fries...

About seven seven seventy seven, eleven years later still don't know any better
By eight eight eighty eight, it's way to late for me to change and
By nine ninety nine, I hope I'm sitting on the back porch drinking red wine singing
Ooohhh french fries with pepper

Mark died on stage in Greece on July 03, 1999 during the second song of Morphine's set. He never made it to 09/09/99 :( but many of his fans gathered on porches all over the world that day and raised our glasses to him... and of course ate French Fries with Pepper......B|
