ChasingBlueSky 0 #26 December 3, 2004 Quoteand who ever was talkng about the stick figure going through a castle and jumping and such, couldit be prince of persia???? Nope, after some searching tonight I found it - Dark Castle. Also found just about any game I ever used to play for download if I really wanted it. skydiver30960 0 #31 December 4, 2004 QuoteI miss two games from my old MAC classic - Hitchhikers Guide text adventure...and the other I can't remember the name of it but you were a little stick figure guy that had to do a lot of jumping puzzles thru a castle (IIRC). I was thinking you meant LodeRunner. Oh, how many hours of my could-have-been productive young life were wasted on that one? I used to have PQ, KQ One to I dunno how many, but my parents wouldn't let me get Leisure Suit Larry. Dammit, even then computer games were too racy for them! A couple years ago my mom dropped our old Apple IIE with all the goodies (512K ram, dual disk drives, mouse, joystick, COLOR printer, monitor) on the curb for the garbage man. She said she went to get the mail an hour later and EVERYTHING had been snatched up. I like to think that somewhere my old Apple has gotten a new life. As what, I have NO idea... kallend 2,106 #32 December 4, 2004 In the '60s we played Asteroids on a PDP7, program stored on punched paper tape. Then there was "Adventure" , for the PDP11, came out around the mid '70s Anything after 1980 doesn't count as "old".... The only sure way to survive a canopy collision is not to have one.
