Watched on discovery last night about Rutan, I already knew a good bit about the whole project but it just fascinates me to see stuff like that -

Anyone else watch it?

I'd already seen an in-depth look at the project on another channel maybe a month or so ago. I think it was a different video production team than the one that was on last night.

Basically, it comes down to forking over what, about $25,000 or so for a commercial ride in one of those babies when it becomes available to the public?

It might be on my list of things to do if I was terminally ill or something and wanted to experience space flight, and if I had the money and no family to will it to...

Saw it last night.........It was amazing. 20 guys with a lot of brains and Paul Allens money could do such a thing. You could really see that it was a private venture...No white glove wearing techs prepping the craft. M&M's floating around the cockpit. it was very cool
