Amanduh 0 #1 November 29, 2004 Okay, I know I'm obviously sheltered but this past weekend I went to Utah and saw mountains AND snow for the first time!! WHOOT WHOOOOOT!! Also, I got to make a jump up over the Great Salt Lake right in between lots of mountains!! It was the first (yes, I buy the beer LOL) time to ever jump somewhere other than Spaceland. It was such a beautiful view!!!! Talk about difference landing at over 4000 feet ASL compared to 38 feet ASL!!! HAULING ASS!!!!!!!!!!! Amanduh 0 #4 November 29, 2004 When we left Saturday the snow hit the valley, there was about 4 inches.....BURRRRRR...That crap is colder than I ever thought, and it wasn't fun for our road trip! (Yes, it was a 24 hour road trip to Utah) LOL What was really cool is being able to jump over the Great Salt Lake w/ my boyfriend (2-way RW) and having the beautiful blue sky and white tipped mountains ...ARGH..I wanna go back already HEHEHE Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

We didn't expect to get to jump up there because of the weather; which turned out to be gorgeous. I do have a pic of me in front of the DC-3!!
