cvfd1399 0 #1 November 25, 2004 I bought a "Rig looking" backpack off ebay on November,13,2004. I have not recieved the backpack, or info like a tracking number that would show me that he recieved or shipped the order. I tried contacting the seller at mikolaj1969@o2.pl Here is the listing EBAY LISTING it has a picture of someone wearing the backpack as a model can anyone ID this seller, or has anyone had this happen to them by this seller. It seams that the seller is a skydiver I was just hoping that he/she is around the forums, or someone knows them and can give them a swift kick in the ass. Thanks

Nightingale 0 #5 November 25, 2004 it says the item's location is "chicago." perhaps on account of the holiday, he's busy. send another email on monday, if you haven't got it by then, threatening negative feedback if you don't receive a response. freakflyer9999 1 #8 November 26, 2004 I bought some goggles from him. When he finally replied to my 2nd email, he made some excuse about being out of town and then lied about the ship date. When I received the package, the ship date on the package was the same day as our email exchange. Once I actually received the goggles, they were just as advertised, but he is very poor at communication and seemed to think that he had to lie about when he shipped the goods. Luna 0 #12 November 26, 2004 QuoteThanks. My mom works for the USPS and said that if he shipped it express on the 15th from chicago like he said it would be here by now. Probably so, but my father sent me a box for my birthday, Priority with USPS, supposed to be here in 2-3 days. It took over a week. When I got it, the box had some sticker on it indicating it was for gound transportation only (Tennessee to Virginia). Why? Who knows. So, It's possible that it's the post office's screw up, though ten days does seem really extreme. I personally would never ship something that someone ordered from me through USPS, just because there is no tracking available. Nightingale 0 #14 November 26, 2004 my mom sent me a christmas card in early december two years ago. She asked me about it later, and I said I never got it. We dismissed it as postal issues, but then it showed up in july. Postmarked in early december.

When you actually get it, look at the postmark and let us know whether he/she shipped it when you were told.
champu 1 #18 November 27, 2004 QuoteI personally would never ship something that someone ordered from me through USPS, just because there is no tracking available. Well, you can, but it would certainly be wise to use delivery confirmation (~$1.50) which provides you with a tracking number, that way your buyer can hit F5 all week on the tracking site until his/her package gets there. Tracking numbers are just as important for the sender. "Oh you say you never got it and want your money back? that's funny, cause you signed for it two days ago." Delivery Confirmation only tells you once it's been delivered. It is NOT a way to actually see the package in transit as with UPS, Fedex, etc. I want to know where my package is at all times, whether I'm the buyer or the seller, not just find out when it was delivered. Nightingale 0 #20 November 27, 2004 shipping with UPS/FedEx is expensive. I shipped a pin necklace to canada. Four day USPS express cost $4.00. FedEx wanted $37.50!!! That was more than the necklace cost!
bigway 4 #21 November 27, 2004 I want a necklace. i have seen your website, but is there any chance you have some photos of like your best custom work? something fat and maybe hemp, i will pay whatever. .Karnage Krew Gear Store .

Dougjumper 0 #23 November 27, 2004 Look Man. First of all I have bought numerous things from this guy and have not had to many problems. You have to take into account that this is a Holiday shipping so things get hectic for UPS, FedEX etc. I would be patient but through. One thing I do know about the Guy is he doesn't Speak fluent English very well kinda hard to understand but all in all I didnt have too much of a problem. Hope he follows through for ya..
