PLFKING 4 #1 November 21, 2004 ...are any of the DZs open during Xmas week (weather permitting), or does everyone close down entirely during the winter months ? Looks like I'll be in Ann Arbor for a week, but I don't think I can handle the family for seven days in a row. Don"When in doubt I whip it out, I got me a rock-and-roll band. It's a free-for-all." Chrissay 0 #2 November 21, 2004 We jump weather permitting on the weekends. Either Skydive Tecumseh or Skydive Napoleon, they both have 182's for the winter. And I think most people feel the same way about handling their family around the holidays so I am sure people will be up for jumping. Also, we always try to get a New Years Day jump in, no matter how cold it is. Jumping on New Years is a great way to start the year
PLFKING 4 #3 November 22, 2004 Thank you kindly, Ma'am......Napolean's site didn't mention winter operations, and Tecumseh's site isn't opening. I'll bring the phone numbers and call. Now that I see your pic, I remember seeing you at BD. Don"When in doubt I whip it out, I got me a rock-and-roll band. It's a free-for-all."
RkyMtnHigh 0 #4 November 22, 2004 Dude! Do you know how friggin' cccccccold it is in Michigan during Christmas! For the past 7 yrs, I've gone to Chicago then drove up to Grand Rapids for a Christmas Party early-mid December and every year it's been windy, cold, icy and overcast...weather that only a crankin' fireplace, a hot toddy and a hottub sounds good! _________________________________________
