How would you define a dropzone?

How would you define the term 'dropzone' to a bunch of whuffos.... and I have to define it in a professional tone.

Any GOOD answers?

A facility involved with any and all aspects of the sport of skydiving, which can include but is not limited to manifest, airplane storage and repair, runway, instruction, rigging (care of parachute equipment), gear shop, and parachute landing area.

Does that work?

oh, forgot bar/party area. It's not really a dropzone unless there's a place for people to get hammered.

There's already a couple post on here somewhere that has a jpeg attached thats got a guy landing and everything is already labeled.
