I started this thread just out of curiosity wiht no intent to actually change what I did but I put it in the brine for 24 hours and I cooked it breast side down and it was awesome.. slug 1 #60 November 14, 2004 Smoke it in a weber smoaker with all kind of soaked wood chips apple hickory etc for taste charcoal for heat. takes about 12 hr's ummm moist takes great for some added flavor add a roast o a lower rack the juice from one wil drip on the other.
