how do you cook your turkey?

How do I cook a Turkey? In an oven! Bake it.. Upside down. Use White Wine and butter to baste it. Juicy, tender moist, and make the best gravy!

I started this thread just out of curiosity wiht no intent to actually change what I did but I put it in the brine for 24 hours and I cooked it breast side down and it was awesome.. Everyone loved it.. Thanks everyone for your input! I guess you can teach an old dog new tricks! :P

You know, it's ironic that this year I didn't have brined turkey. Just the traditional turkey cooked in a paper bag. Then again, the turkey was not my responsibility....

I'm glad you liked it, chop chop. It was worrying me all weekend.

My wife is hotter than your wife.
