ladyskydiver 0 #26 October 25, 2004 1 fun demo: 3: 0 Demo'd a Nitro 150 today. Finally had good enough weather to jump it. Did the first jump from full alti to play with the canopy and see what it would do. Holy shit is this canopy fast!!! It had my ProTrack going off. (ok...so I'll admit that when my ProTrack when off, I did look at the canopy to see what was wrong with it. ) Even though I was loading it lightly for what it's rated, it was quite capable of making me dizzy and nauseated during the turns. Only thing I didn't like about it was the collapsable slider - I was unable to get it to collapse. It will definitely be in my final list of canopy choices for a 150. The other 2 jumps were a 12 pt. - 4 way and a 24 pt. - 3 way. Awesome jumps with good friends. Life is short! Break the rules! Forgive quickly! Kiss slowly! Love truly, Laugh uncontrollably. And never regret anything that made you smile.

I need to get a helmet and some body armor before I go out again though. 4 freeflies, including the most screwed up attempt at a Vertical Compressed I've ever seen 1 time videoing an 8 way on my back under them. Wish I had stills on for that jump.Yesterday is history And tomorrow is a mystery Parachutemanuals.com

jceman 1 #32 October 25, 2004 :1:0 Finally got back into the air after Rantoul! Had a great jump, nice conditions and a good time. Neither TLML nor I wanted to push it as we aren't 100%, so we called it a day and spent a great deal of time talking to our friends at Deland - felt great! Faster horses, younger women, older whiskey, more money. Why do they call it "Tourist Season" if we can't shoot them?

surfers98 0 #40 October 25, 2004 /2/2 Took a friend out for his AFF#1 and did a couple really fun sit-flys. A first jump on new gear and incidentally also my first jump on a 190.
 bergh 0 #41 October 25, 2004 Hi please explain the format ?/?/? I had a rather good weekend ... 4 camera jumps for 2/3/4 - ways. I got my slot paid for,for doing camera for the first time. 2 freefly jumps both went well (unfortunately I am still stuck with head-up flying, need to learn the HD thing and soon). The first freefly jump managed to dock twice very nice jump. The second was solo jump attempting some head down. Maybe all the US skydiver should come and visit us in South Africa. The weather over here is great ... Saterday was +- 30 C and sunday was pretty much the same and of course we had beautiful blue skies ... Another four-way that was good for 12 points, included some block moves and Ladyskydiver joined us - Great to jump with you again, Cora!
