BGill 0 #1 October 15, 2004 So after a nice convo we had in the pub the other night, it got me wondering what the biggest age gap difference you've had with a partner? Older? Younger? Let's hear the stories! Personally, I've gone 13 years older (she's 33 and I'm 20). So come on, let's hear them. Everyone's got their moments, and I think putting that out there either lost me respect from people or possibly gained some. Oh well, you gotta take some for the team for Bonfire entertainment purposes!

Daizey 0 #7 October 15, 2004 15 years older Didn't have a problem with it at first until i realized he was almost the same age as my mom.... As for the level of maturity....well, he acted as if he was 15 years old instead of 15 years older at points...but at other times the gap made a huge difference...we were at totally different points in our lives...different outlooks, different priorities...it all got in the way... Right now I have a 5 year age gap going....maturity level wise its exactly what Im looking for. The difference in age does effect things and can definitely be seen at points, but its never really effects things negatively and its working out really well for us *daizey*

Evelyn 0 #13 October 15, 2004 When I was 18 (years ago) I dated a guy who was 50 years older. He was a widower, really nice guy, but he was more of a friend. When it got to the point in the relationship where he wanted to have sex I just couldn't deal with it. Have you ever seen a 70 year old guy nekkid....ewwwwww .. If I'd been a 70 year old woman that would have been different, but as I said I was 18 at the time. Now he probably wouldn't look so bad Life is either a daring adventure or nothing ~ Helen Keller

Girlfalldown 0 #15 October 15, 2004 12 years older for me. Ended up dating him off and on for 10 years and then living with him for the last 4 of those. I finally wized up and moved out when I was 24. He was a good guy deep down inside and I couldn't see why all my friends called him an asshole til I took a step back. I dated a guy 7 years younger for a while a couple years back. That was fun. -------------- (Do not, I repeat DO NOT, take my posts seriously.)

Cajundude 0 #21 October 15, 2004 I used to date only older women by about 15-20 years. I think the biggest gap was when I was 24 and she was 44.
