Amazon 7 #54 October 11, 2004 Yeah it did start clearing up a couple hours after noon on sunday.. but MAN that is a long 2 hour drive to get in just a jump or two if I am reallllly lucky. I will get down there again.. but this weekend I got lots done.. except for cutting my grass.. damn lawnmorwer wouldnt start. BUt I did get some of my feral punkini picked. I had Pumpkins planted next to some zuchini a couple years ago and they cross bred. I plowed some of the pumpkins under. For the last couple springs they start to come up as the weather warms. They are stubby zuchini that turn orangeThe computer room smells like fresh garlic. I picked some of that too and put it in the back room.. I need to split some of them up for cooking.. and some of the cloves to be planted back for next years crop. The trees are turning.. and I picked the rest of the pears and some apples to put away. I brought all of my house plants into the back room. They grew really well this summer. I hardly had to water them as the weather was nice and moist for way too much of this summer. The Bird of Paradise bloomed.. all of my climbing cactus/night flowering cactus bloomed.... and the jade tree that is 48" high should bloom this winter. My little Douglas fir that sprouted from a seed that I dug up from the yard a few years ago and put into a pot...is now 4' high. I may use it when the christmas season rolls around but I still have the blue spruce tree that was a former live christmas tree that was planted in the front yard.....is now a magnificent 20' tree and will get the blue lights again in a month or so. Its ok though.. only this weekend coming up and two weeks of work.. and off so sunny smoggy Southern California for Chicks Rock. Winds were a bit crazy. Awesome two jumps. 1 great RW jump. 1 3-way goon wrong thanks to me. I lost my contact when my Helmet opened a bit the wind pushed my contact up so I could not see. So I turned tracked waited till pull alt. Was fun either way and I was able to push my contact down over my eye as soon as I was open.
