Most efficient position for dive from casa?

Anyone have tips/pictures/video for the most efficient dive you can have from a Casa? More specifically, I'm looking for info. related to diving out as a mid to late diver for larger formations (30-100 range).

I don't see why the AC type would have anything to do with it. The same technique should work from any tailgate (except perhaps a 130).

Well I guess I meant tailgate, not necessarily a Casa. I was trying to distinguish between diving from side exit and a tailgate exit.

run out the back arms in front legs on ass and ARCH.

1) exit stable
2) find the base
3) intercept where the base WILL be.

I'd add a bit to that.

If you are mid diver, you should also try to max out the amount of sail you get on exit. If you follow a chunk, it will have a tendency to "sail" (unless it funnels ) more then individual flyers. So try to get as big as you can for the first couple of seconds to get as much push off the relative wind as possible.

If you are a late diver, then this is less of an issue.
