Kinda along the same lines, I've been playing with the idea of getting a pin implanted. Kinda like this picture: CLICKY! Except i wouldn't get one in the back of my hand. I'm still trying to figure out a good location where it wouldn't be visible to the general public... maybe one mirroring each collar bone? Anyhow, whatever you decide to do, be creative and think about ways to make your design better for a long time before getting inked.Egad, A BASE life defiles a bad age. Getting back to tats how about the classic real jumper tat Top "Airborne" with a picture of the Grim Reaper dripping blood, below and "Death from above" on the bottom.
