Well, the tartget's been set. As we all have seen in the past few weeks, no one is safe from these storms, nor is anyone's property. Today and tonight is Gold Coast's turn at being the bullseye. I'd like to send big-time vibes to Mike and Leanne, Katie in mobile, Julie(whos's camper is still parked next to mine), and the rest of my Gold Coast family in Mississipi and Alabama. Please keep your heads down and be as safe as possible. Annette and I love you all and do not hesitate to call if you need anything. All of my new gear is from them and a little piece of them goes with me on every jump now.
What a large number of good people they have.
We're pulling for them and all to go as best as possible.

News reports are saying that New Orleans did not get it bad at all. The majority of the damage from Ivan was in Mobile and Pensacola.

Its not over yet though. I'm supposed to fly home to Nashville tomorrow in to the tail end of it.

i did ok still have electricity(thats a miricle) have a big tree down in the back yard. no news on the dz as of yet. i'm going to try and call mike because i think there is atill a cerfew there.

hey guys i live outside of new orleans we were really spared this time....I graduated aff at gold coast last weekend and will be there all weekend willing to help out anyway I can....If it wasn't for them i would not be skydiving...lots of love and vibes go out to Mike and Leanne.

I have no electricity, but I guess I'm lucky, I still have water and phone service.

I'll be lucky if I get power back in a week, but Alabama Power won't give us a better date than Sept 29th.

i just got word that the packing dome was destroyed. Saturday we will be cleaning up and sunday we will be jumping again.

they were staying on some island during the storm. I do not know how
