Cinders 0 #1 November 26, 2009 Hi all Looking for a good audible with freefall tones and canopy guide tones. I'm looking at an Optima 2. I don't need a log computer or a water resistant one, in particular. Cheaper would be better. Thanks!
virgin-burner 1 #2 November 26, 2009 optima has canopy alarms, solo doesnt, cost factor is small; good choice, cant go wrong with that! “Some may never live, but the crazy never die.” -Hunter S. JackC 0 #3 November 26, 2009 I've never tried one but the NeoXS might fit the bill.
antonija 0 #4 November 26, 2009 I've read mostly bad review on Skytronic GFX (same mfg as Neoxs) so I tend to keep away from Parasport's audibles. Don't know anyone using Neoxs tho, so they might have improved since GFX days.I understand the need for conformity. Without a concise set of rules to follow we would probably all have to resort to common sense. -David Thorne

SkyTango 0 #6 November 26, 2009 Quote Good, basic audible? With an audible its better getting one with all the bells and whistles... JC If you woke up breathing, congratulations! You get another chance.

The Skytronic isn't built nearly as well (plastic vs metal).
