FlyingJ 0 #3 September 16, 2004 This is some funny stuff. Brings back memories of when an aunt lived with my family when we were kids. She was a translator and owned a TTY machine. We used to love (remember we were no older than 12 at the time) plugging it in and calling our friends via the TTY operator and making them say stupid stuff. We would dare each other to make the operator say something worse each time. Wish I could buy those operators a now. They deserve it!Killing threads since 2004. My teammates have pulled this on me a number of times. And if you think this is funny/embarrassing...try answering and trying to respond, when they are reading this stuff from the web client on the other end. That being said...it is abusing the system. The first few are funny, but it is a system designed to help people. Well...ok, but it is still funny This part isn't though: there terms and conditions state: Please be aware that it is a violation of federal law to use your telephone or computer to engage in a communication with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any person at a number you call. It is also a violation of federal law to use your telephone or computer to make an obscene communication to a person under 18 years of age. You may be fined or imprisoned for up to two years for making such calls through IP Relay. Ok, probably way too downer for a funny post.
