I got the same email for my container.
New it was a scam the second I saw it.

In the last day I've received another dozen or so emails from people that came from this guy. Some were written as recently as yesterday.

I suggest if you hear from him to send him this link and tell him we all now know about him... it's time to go away!

Oh yes, if you use your dropzone.com email account on your classified ad... these email addresses have been blacklisted on my server. They can not send email to a Dropzone.com email account. If you received an email from a different address, pass it on. If you use your own email account he can still get to you...

Is there any posibility of blocking his ISP from seeing the site? If he can't access the site, he can't bother us.

You can certainly do that if you own the server where dropzone is hosted, however if his ISP is any big, chances are that you could be blocking a legitimate user.

I have added a few more email addresses to the list. A couple of tips to consider and look for:

1) If the email comes from any email address powered by Outblaze, be careful.
2) Consider posting your Dropzone.com email account with your ad. I'm blocking these addresses and will continue to do so as they come in so a person can not email you at Dropzone.com from any of these addresses.

Thanks for the warnings, I read them and then went ahead and purchased a canopy I can't wait to jump! No problem whatsoever with the exchange... The classifieds is an awesome place to get gear, but , again, thanks for the heads up!!!
