Viking 0 #1 September 3, 2004 I love it! Its a wonderful modern version of the 65 fastback. my only gripe is that little rear window. Think the little fins from the old design would have been better. http://www.fordvehicles.com/2005mustang/home.aspI swear you must have footprints on the back of your helmet - chicagoskydiver My God has a bigger dick than your god -George Carlin

BBKid 0 #4 September 3, 2004 Well, I wouldn't say no if I was offered one, but if you look just at the front end from the side-on, it looks a bit too BMW for me. It's like they designed it from the back forwards, and chickened out once they got to the windscreen. Now a '67 GT500, that's a Mustang! Yeah, the Busa is great, but the stacked headlights put it on my list of "too many cooks", vehicle design. hey're horrible, and now they're on the Gixxer 'thou, so I guess I'll have to limit myself to the 750. cvfd1399 0 #20 September 3, 2004 It looks like it wants to be a BMW I fucking hate it. It is supposed to be different, a bad ass car, not a pass the grey mustard prick on a cell phone car. What is the difference between a porquepine(sp) and a BMW driver in my town? on the BMW the prick is on the inside.
ltdiver 3 #21 September 3, 2004 Have you seen one in person, Viking?! I went by my local Ford dealer just 2 days ago, looking for the '05 Mustang, and they didn't have it in yet. And they weren't getting one in until their '04's sold out, they informed me. All I've seen are pictures. I wanna DRIVE one!!! I only got my Eclipse GTS until the '05 Mustang got out and proved itself. (will most likely get one in '06, after that happens. But that depends on performance). I miss my baby! ltdiver Don't tell me the sky's the limit when there are footprints on the moon

As much as it pains me to say this Nick, I have to agree with you. I grew up with Mopar Muscle, and our family still owns a '68 GTX (with a spare, rust free body, no less) and a '69 Roadrunner. I know, appreciate, and love mopar muscle. That said, that thing IS fugly. How can ANYONE get excited about a freakin station wagon? The least they could have done was dump that engine into an Avenger. As for the Mustang? It's a Ford.
