Neither.

It's Texas, period.

South=Gulf Coast States from Lousiana east + a few boardering to the north states.

South West=New Mexico, Nevada, Arizona

West=California

East=Any east coast states north of Florida.

Funny - I had a friend talking to me about Texas last night. He refered to it all night as "the south." He had me laughing when he said that Mexico put up a fence to keep the Texans out of Mexico :P

South is Tenn, Arkansas, LA, Miss, Alabama, GA, NC, and SC. And the panhandle of Florida. (The Northern part of Florida is the Southern part of the state :S)

I grew up in TX, and now live in the South, and theres definitley a big difference.

Texas is Texas, but Fort Worth is "Where the West Begins"... So eveything West of Fort Worth is Southwest.

sigh.. I miss the Southwest Conference... go frogs...
