You can come to my house and fuck my sister. Interesting bit of trivia. Take a REALLY good look at that scene, specifically where he punches private Joker. Notice anything odd? Ok, for those that dont have the movie. you see him wind up with one hand, then when they cut to the other angle, he's punching with the other hand. also take note how oddly he is holding the other arm in that second angle. Apparently they needed to re-shoot part of the scene a bit later on in filming, but Ermey had hurt his hand/arm during shooting and couldnt exactly reproduce the punch with that bad hand. and does anyone else stop watching about 35 minutes in, Right after Pyle smears his brains all over the tile? The rest of the movie just isnt that great beyond the basic training scenes. Two wrongs don't make a right, however three lefts DO!

Speaking of FMJ I dusted off the DVD this Saturday and drunkenly watched the movie. Was a hoot sitting there with the sound off and reciting the dialog Now tell me who doesn't have a life? Ok, let me see how I do: I'm plugged to the internet almost all day, or playing Doom 3, then go to work, WITH COMPUTERS, and hooked to the net of course, come back home by 2am, go to bed and repeat the routine. weekends, if the weather is nice I go to the dz, otherwise, repeat the routine above....DAMN!!!! I HAVE NO LIFE!!!! Oh, and in a few more weeks, I'll be unemployed, so, that routine will extend thru the day.__________________________________________ Blue Skies and May the Force be with you.
