Date for Airspeed Day-Holiday Boogie

Recommended Posts

Ooh, i thought you needed a "date" date. So i guess you're not asking me out? :P

Seriously, i just might do the belly airspeed thing this year. It kinda looked fun last year. Any date is fine with me since i plan on being there for a long long time.

Of the professional skydivers that I know, that group works the hardest that I've seen. Yeah, they get to do a lot of training jumps and are master competitors, every one of them is a gifted instructor.

Lots of people are really, really good at something, but very few are able to be really, really good at it and teach it to others.

( I figure you were probably thinking of Mouth mounting the whole team, but after I had that thought I reflected on how much teaching I've seen those folks do at boogies, and how good they are at it)

That has been my experience with them...every time that I have been around them or flown with them. They are so very caring and encouraging to new skydivers. They know how to get excellence from us, but they also know how to do so while helping us to enjoy ourselves. (I have never seen any of them without a smile in the sky, tunnel or ground.) Furthermore, they have always impressed me with their incredibly warm/personable personalities and their positive energy. :)

Was lucky enough to make some jumps with them at rantoul... just an awesome group of people.

Me + Friend + Airspeed (Eliana & Craig) = 18pt 4-way... yay for that experience. Was a really good time. Haven't ever been on a dive as succesfull as that one. I have seen video but its cool to see people who can _REALLY_ fly up close and personal doing it.
