newsstand 0 #28 July 31, 2004 Pick a weekend and I'll make an excuse. BTW my son is a student at UNL so if your O is an Omaha that is another thing we have in common. Lived there for three years. better weather than Texas. "Truth is tough. newsstand 0 #29 July 31, 2004 Well I can sympathize. Crunched part of my foot July 5th and am just now getting back to a decent walk. Don’t know how your injuries compare, only offering sympathy. I guess I didn't bump into you the last time I went back down to Texas..... i think it was in April. I was still on crutches. Well, the damage was pretty extensive - shattered tib/fib - four compartment syndrome, four compartment fasciotomy, 12x3 skin graft - 14" IM nail and seven screws - damn that's a lot of typing he he he.... In any case, it's gotten quite a bit better but it'll still be quite some time before I can skydive again But what do ya do at the DZ if ya can't skydive? PARTY Hope your foot gets to feelin' better - limpin' sucksPeace, Z Action©Sports
newsstand 0 #31 July 31, 2004 Damn I feel like a REAL whinner now. Unfortunately I only get to the DZ once a month and I was lucky enough to walk off. Wasn't until two days later that I finally hit the doctors. Good luck and lots of vibes! "Truth is tough. I was wondering what in the world you were talking about! But hey! I was born in Omaha.. my daddy was in the AF. But on the bright side.. the weather forecasts were totally wrong! It rained until around 1pm Saturday, and the rest of the weekend was gorgeous! Hot.. but good! Our little DZ pulled off over 40 tandems this weekend! We had some BIG fun!
