RevJim 0 #3 July 28, 2004 Not at yummy as yours, but it'll do (with kids). Seared a dozen nice, thick, center cut boneless pork chops on the grill. Fresh cut sweet corn on the side burner. Boiled and mashed 'taters. Top it with some ice cream cake for the kids, and a few Heinekens for me.It's your life, live it! Maybe tomorrow though, a little full still. "This isn't an iron lung, people. You can actually disconnect and not die." -Dave

NicoNYC 0 #9 July 29, 2004 Damm....that sounds like a gourmet dinner. Grandma should be a restaurant chef. How was the blue fillet seasoned and cooked? Seared or baked? How many hits of adrenaline can you take?
jjiimmyyt 0 #10 July 29, 2004 Gran came over for a visit, took all 12 of us out to a nice restaurant. Steak was seared for about 45 secs per side and put in front of me. Funniest thing is my sister had a go at me for eating a blue steak. I then pointed out I'd had raw beef for starters which she tasted also.
