In my opinion, Boogie Sushi is not yummy. [:/]

I agree.. Boogie Sushi for the rest of us sucks. But the Anvil and I had some awesome sushi tonight.. Unfortunately, it came with an awesome price tag.. $160 for the two of us with tip.. in Orlando, FL.. But it beat the hell out of the boogie sushi..

Wow! That must have been some AMAZING sushi. I agree that not all sushi is the same, so good for you two! It's good to splurge on oneself sometimes. B|

You DeLand people are Sushi nazi's:P Justin and I must be the only non-sushi go-ers in DeLand. Ari, Lara, the other Ari, Kolla, Mrs. Bobo, all love that shit. I think u all are crazy!

Mmmmmmm, sushi is goooood. Especially eel, mmmmm. It's way better than that chicken stuff. Come to the sushi side Paige... :D:P

Oh, and Justin likes sushi, he just thinks he's allergic... :P

Hell, I'm a freak'n redneck and I love sushi, which is odd I guess since I don't like sea food...

Infact, I think I'm going to go today, the local Sushi place has some good lunch deals...

Strangely enough, the local HEB (supermarket) has fresh handrolled sushi for sell at their sea food counter. Whats even cooler is...its pretty damned good!

Hell...me and a couple guys from work went to the best sushi place in the city one night, with the top chef. Sat down and told him to suprise us and keep it coming. Best meal I've ever had and will remember it the rest of my life. We spent about $160 a piece, before tip.!!!

hmm...how far is the nearest sushi place from here.... :)

well.. if you're HERE, it's about 3 blocks away, and that's a pretty decent place. IF you can manage another 2 blocks, there's a really good place. Gotta love new paltz.

when did you say you were coming to visit? B|

Landing without injury is not necessarily evidence that you didn't fuck up... it just means you got away with it this time

Damn this thread! :D Last night on the way home, I stopped at a sushi bar and decided to get a little more creative than my usual California rolls. I got some Unagi (yum!), some spicy tuna rolls (which I didn't even eat because they looked too disgusting :$), and some other kind of eel thing (yum again!). All in all a good experience, but now I want more! B|

California rolls are the grilled cheese of the sushi world. You have to experiment to get the really good stuff. Love Unagi!

One note about spicy tuna. The reason they make spicy tuna rolls is to use up the not as fresh tuna by masking the flavor with the spicy sauce. I still like them though. But if you want some REALLY good tuna, try super toro. It's pricey but worth it.

Yeah, that I've known, and I was a little embarrassed when I ate it. :D

Ok, I'll file that in my memory. Thanks! There's actually a really good (reputed, that is, never been there myself) sushi bar 5 minutes from my office, so I might just go for lunch! B|

Thanks, everyone...I brought a nice Lean Cuisine for lunch, and now I'm looking at it and wondering where the nearest sushi place is because lunch just ain't looking good any more. :P
