I would bring the Sierra set up similarly, as well as a Mark 1 in a Mini System, if I had the capacity, but I have a small plane and load it at gross as it is. The Grappa apparently tastes pretty good, but does seem like it would work pretty well with oil-based house-paint. I have no clue, since I have never tasted the stuff. Then again, I never drank for the flavor (I thought Courvoisier VSOP tasted like paint-thinner), which is just one reason I gave it up. Actually, there is a guy here (Vrsac, Serbia) who has a box full of legacy ripcords of various descriptions. He has maybe 100, while I have at most a couple of dozen assorted ripcords at the house.
